Two Nonius Kappa CCD diffractometers with low temperature facilities

Nonius four-circle diffractometer with low temperature facility

Three Siemens D5000 high-resolution X-ray powder diffractometers, one with high temperature (up to 1000 °C) facility.

Jeol 2000 FX analytical transmission electron microscope
