ICL T1 & T1a

There are four lines running into T1, two terminate in a double outlet in the small enclosure at the end of T1, the other two go into the restricted area T1a although only one is termianted in a single outlet, the other cable has been re-routed back through the partition and is terminated in another single outlet in T1 (this cable is still called T1a/2).
