Customizing my 360prescision panohead

Since I moved to my Canon 5D and Canon 15mm Fisheye setup I have been using the wrong 360precision panorama head configuration. I had been using a panohead design for my old Canon 10D and Sigma 8mm lens. I liked this set up since it had a locking pin designed to keep the camera always  in a single locked position. The newer panoheads from 360precision used locking bars, rather than the pin system.

So I decided to customize my panohead, I'm lucky in that I have a mechanical engineering workshop which can do this for quickly for me. So I got them to reposition the screw thread for the Canon 5D and drill a new hole for the locking pin. As shown in these photographs:
