Welcome to the Oxford Chemistry Film Studio!

The Chemistry Film Studio is a project to put the reactions that you want to see on the web.

We aim to put a library of interesting chemical reactions and demonstrations onto the web in the form of streaming Quicktime movies.

The movies are presented in each 'chapter' accompanied by a detailed description of the method, safety, and theory involved in each procedure.

The method should allow teachers and demonstrators to carry out the reactions in front of an audience. These demonstrations can be used to discuss fundamental concepts in chemistry or they can be used to provide a visual attraction to the fun of chemistry.
