Task

Please complete the following task:

-learn to use Web of Science

-learn to use Scopus

-learn to use Reaxys

-learn to use Google Scholar

-Complete the Chemistry databses worksheet

(a copy is in the IT suite, or as a PDF document linked here)

-get the work signed off by Karl Harrison in the IT Suite. Sign-off time is 11.10 and takes about 50 mins, since thistakes the form of tutorial about databse searching.

-this practical should take up to 4 hours and fulfills your IT training for the third year

-you can do this work from any computer connected to the University network, but if you do it in the IT suite then Karl Harrison will be available to help
