Research Interests

Our research focuses on designing high-performance heterogeneous catalysts and functional materials based on zeolites and metal-organic frameworks. State-of-the-art diffraction, spectroscopy, microscopy techniques are essential tools for us to understand chemical reaction pathways and physical properties at the atomic level.

Pu graduated from Fudan University (China) in 2011 with a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry. She then moved to Cambridge for her Ph.D. (2015) with Professor Simon Redfern on flexible metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). She expanded her interest to heterogeneous catalysis when she did her postdoctoral research with Professor Edman Tsang in Oxford. Since 2019, she has been appointed as a Glasstone research fellow. She is also a junior research fellow at Wolfson College.
