Outreach activities at the CRL Mass Spectrometry Reseach Facility
We undertake a number of outreach activities including hosting school visits to the Spectroscopy facilities that includes a tour of the facilities, demonstration and a talk on mass spectrometry and its use in chemical research at the CRL. We also provide 'spectroscopy workshops' where part II 'A level' student can come and get hands on. This concludes with a problem solving NMR, Mass Spectrometry and Crystalography.
