Congratulations to Prof Christiane Timmel, who has been elected a Fellow of the International Society of Magnetic Resonance (ISMAR). She is one of five scientists elected
this year on the basis of their contributions to the field of magnetic resonance through research and advocacy.
Prof Timmel's award is for her pioneering contributions to the magnetic field effect on chemical reactions and cryptochrome proteins in migratory birds, her innovative implementation of EPR methods, instrumentation and chemistry tools, and for her dedication for educating the next generation researchers and her effective leadership in advocating for the EPR community and technology.
