Weston is a senior member in the laboratories of Prof. Dame Carol Robinson and Prof. Philipp Kukura as well as a founding member of the triple award winning company, Refeyn Ltd. 

Weston’s research interests span biophysical chemistry, structural and chemical biology focusing on infectious disease, host-pathogen interactions, protein engineering and biotherapeutic design. Weston’s work covers Covid-19, cancer, HIV and congenital diseases with publications in Nature and Science.
