Presented with Oxford University Innovation as part of the Jamie Ferguson Chemistry Innovation Award, join us as we chat with Kylie Vincent and Holly Reeve about how Holly’s student research in biocatalysis led them on an entrepreneurial journey to creating spinout company HydRegen in 2021.
HydRegen has pioneered a hydrogen-powered NADH recycling process to enable waste-free, 100% atom efficient reactions for use in pharmaceutical and industrial R&D. Their biotechnology won the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Emerging Technologies Competition in 2013, paving the way to almost £3m in translational funding and the formation of a company.
The event is free of charge, but places are limited and booking is required.
